Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Marketing Manager located in New York, NY. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and email marketing, analyzing market trends, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also manage budgets and provide performance reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Analysis, Campaign Planning, and Brand Strategy Development.
Proficiency in Analytics Tools and Performance Reporting.
Excellent Project Management and Team Collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to industry trends and lead innovative marketing initiatives.
A proven track record in creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
