Graphic Designer – Athletic Club Boise
Athletic Club Boise is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support our social, digital, and marketing efforts. This is a full‑time, in‑office position ideal for someone passionate about sports, design, and helping build a new professional soccer club from the ground up.
Essential Functions
Help create, maintain, and protect the club’s visual brand identity across all digital and physical channels
Lead creative conception and development of Athletic Club Boise marketing and sales materials, advertising, in‑game content, and web content
Produce work aligned with the annual marketing theme and overall brand strategy
Create print‑ready artwork for a variety of applications, including pocket schedules, ticket sales brochures, sales decks, posters, season ticket artwork, and program covers, etc.
Design website splash pages and graphics for all social media platforms
Create video board graphics and in‑stadium visualsCollaborate closely with social media, marketing, communications, partnerships, and ticketing staff to deliver design assets that meet department objectives
Establish, contribute to, and adhere to a collaborative project calendar
React quickly and positively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Receive and apply feedback with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and development of stadium branding and marketing materials as needed
Support social media marketing initiatives
Assist with official website updates and management through the existing content management system
Job Qualifications
Experience working in a professional role as a designer, with a strong, professional portfolio
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work nights and weekend hours when required
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
