Product Designer
to help drive intuitive, elegant user experiences across our suite of SaaS products, including Denticon, Cloud 9, and Apteryx.
Position is hybrid in our Irvine, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive workflows from problem definition through polished UI.
Build and refine prototypes in Figma, using design system components to deliver consistent, high‑quality work.
Help define our design process and improve cross‑team collaboration.
Conduct or participate in usability testing, research, and synthesis to understand real user pain points.
Present and explain your work to stakeholders in ways that build confidence and alignment.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system, component libraries, and visual language.
Job Duties
Think strategically: connect design to business outcomes and help teams stay focused on user goals.
Educate and influence: enjoy explaining the “why” behind design and helping stakeholders appreciate its value.
Collaborate deeply: thrive in fast‑paced, agile environments and view PMs/devs as design partners, not handoff recipients.
Present confidently: walk executives or customers through a clickable prototype and clearly communicate your thinking.
Deliver excellence in Figma: prototype with precision, organize your work for others, and build within component systems.
Skills & Qualifications
2‑4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments.
A portfolio that shows process, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong grasp of UX patterns, accessibility best practices, and responsive UI design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B or multi‑tenant SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with component‑based front‑end development (React, Storybook, etc.).
Background in user research or behavioral psychology.
Experience with AI‑enhanced design workflows or prototyping tools.
