The Cannabis Ambassador is responsible for driving local brand engagement and education across Curaleaf outlets and third-party dispensaries. This role supports the local sales team by delivering brand and product training to Curaleaf staff and independent dispensary teams. Additionally, the Ambassador will lead consumer engagement initiatives, including in-store demos, and participate in trade and select non-retail events. The position also involves collaboration with local Curaleaf influencers to strengthen brand presence. What You'll Do: Drive Brand Education Across All Regional Touchpoints Develop and Deploy Regional Education Materials Influence, Inspire & Incentivize Be the Go-To Expert for Regional Retailers and Consumers Design and Support Product Launches What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 23+ years of experience in cannabis and cannabis science. Engaging public speaker; skilled in influencing audiences. Adept at calendar management. Experienced in product training or sales. Worked in regulated industries. Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the region. Must reside within the assigned sales region. Even Better If: Training or teaching accreditations. Experience working in or with highly regulated industries (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, pharma) strongly preferred. Significant budtender experience or counter sales in a dispensary.
