Role Description

Detailed and have the ability to speak to people and articulate your thoughts to improve the overall service. Keep detailed notes in our computer system and have the organizational skills that help keep the office on track daily. Have a desire to help people. Advancement opportunities available. State Personal lines license training and exam paid by company after 90 days with generous pay boost after successfully gaining Personal Lines. Higher starting pay with a current Personal lines or P/C license.

Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
