The Digital Marketing Specialist executes day-to-day digital marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance, with a primary focus on social media campaigns and paid advertising. This role is responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns; coordinating with internal stakeholders and digital media vendors; and producing performance reporting and presentations. Working closely with the Manager of Digital Marketing and Marketing partners, the specialist ensures timely execution of media strategies while driving efficiency and return on media investment.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate social media strategy and approval workflows with third-party partners to deliver organic content across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram for both corporate and local dealership channels.

Collaborate with third-party partners and SaaS platforms to plan, produce, and publish short- and long-form video content optimized for social media performance.

Partner with field teams to manage access to local social media pages and oversee publishing activity to ensure alignment with brand standards and governance requirements.

Lead paid social media execution, including budget oversight, audience targeting, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and conversion performance tracking.

Support the broader paid media strategy in partnership with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and external agency partners.

Manage internal communications related to digital marketing initiatives through company channels, ensuring alignment and awareness across stakeholders.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver monthly reporting with actionable insights and data-driven optimization recommendations.

Contribute to the development of presentations and performance summaries for quarterly executive-level marketing reviews.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within a digital agency or cross‑functional corporate marketing department.
