The Customer Relations Manager acts as the bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring that customer needs are met while supporting business objectives. Success in this role is measured by improved customer satisfaction, stronger brand reputation, and measurable contributions to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Customer Support Oversight: Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and support acquisition of new customers.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to products, services, or processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with company goals.
Brand Protection: Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation by ensuring consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
Customer Appreciation Programs: Design and implement initiatives such as loyalty rewards, personalized thank‑you notes, and recognition events to celebrate and appreciate customers.
Celebrating Milestones: Acknowledge customer anniversaries, achievements, or special occasions with tailored appreciation gestures that reinforce long‑term relationships.
Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to resolve issues and also to express gratitude for their partnership and support.

Perform other related duties as required by the Director of Commercial Sales.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
Minimum of five years of creditable work experience may be substituted for the degree preference, to include knowledge and experience in sales and customer service

The physical activity of this position includes repetitive motions – making substantial movements of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
The physical requirements of this position involve sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
For visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field of vision, the worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines.
Working Conditions The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
