Accountabilities
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of the robotic surgical systems.
Engage with budget-holders to construct comprehensive business cases for purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with hospital executives to align financial outcomes with clinical benefits.
Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to key decision-makers.
Identify new market opportunities and develop execution plans based on market analysis.
Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales cycles and support.
Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics kye necessary.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of robotic systems for effective demonstrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a medical environment.
3 years of experience in complex capital sales.
Strong understanding of robotic-assisted surgery.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with market analysis and execution plans.
Strong negotiation skills and commitment to ethical practices.
Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
