Marketing & Community Engagement Manager
The Marketing & Community Engagement Manager is a highly visible, market‑facing role responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the assigned Alabama territory. This position blends strategic marketing, hands‑on event and promotion execution, community leadership involvement, and sales support within restaurant and on‑premise accounts. This role serves as a bridge between marketing, sales, and the local community—acting as a brand ambassador while directly supporting commercial objectives. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with brand initiatives Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and promotional announcements Adapt national and regional campaigns for local market relevance Track campaign performance and provide insights on engagement and ROI Coordinate creative assets, signage, point‑of‑sale materials, and branded merchandise Events, Promotions & Brand Activation
Plan and execute brand activations including festivals, sporting events, school events, and tastings Manage promotional calendars and seasonal campaign rollouts Coordinate logistics for event staffing, equipment, displays, and product placement Partner with restaurants and venues on promotions and limited‑time offerings Represent the brand at evening and weekend events as needed Community Engagement & Brand Representation
Serve as the primary representative on chambers of commerce, civic boards, and nonprofit organizations Identify and manage sponsorships that align with business and brand goals Build relationships with local leaders, influencers, and business owners Strengthen community goodwill through consistent presence and professional engagement Sales Support & Market Development
Support sales teams through account‑level marketing and activation initiatives Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and managers Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects Assist with presentations, product launches, and promotional sell‑in Occasionally engage in direct sales conversations within assigned territories Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align execution Ensure promotions are operationally feasible and properly executed in‑market Maintain accurate reporting on activities, spend, and outcomes Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Experience in marketing, brand activation, field marketing, or sales support Experience in beverage, CPG, food service, hospitality, or consumer brands (strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in both professional and field‑based environments Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory Performance Measures
