About the Role As an
Inside Sales Representative , you will be at the heart of driving growth and maintaining existing customer accounts. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties/Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through business directories, web research, CRM system, and inbound campaigns, ensuring alignment with company offerings and financial viability.
Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the Sales team, performing targeted warm calls, and strategically managing inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, trade shows, and e-commerce channels.
Build and nurture customer relationships by understanding business needs, providing tailored solutions, delivering quotes, and offering upselling recommendations.
Manage assigned accounts by maintaining continuous, purposeful communication, following up on RFQs, projects, and orders, proactively addressing inquiries/issues.
Maintain accurate account records and a detailed database of prospects and customers, tracking all interactions, communications, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Bachlor’s degree required, with preference given to Engineering or Business Administration majors.
1-2 years’ full-cycle sales experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong numerical aptitude with basic mathematical proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal teams and external customers.
