Delta Dental of Arizona, the state’s #1 dental and vision insurance company, is seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for account management, retention of assigned accounts, and multi-line initiatives. This role requires a blend of sales, customer service, and ancillary insurance knowledge to help clients find the best insurance coverage and provide continuous support. In a service capacity, this person will assist in the ongoing evaluation and Ambassador of customers’ benefit plans and strategy. On a proactive basis, will advise on best practice options and recommend solutions that address core issues, fit the customers’ corporate culture, and support the agreed upon customer goals. The Account Executive is the first line of contact for all customer service issues.

This position is a local hybrid, remote, and requires you to drive to our corporate office as needed, currently located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Essential Duties

Achieve customer retention objectives and standards of performance.

Conduct overall account management of assigned customers.

Engage in problem solving to ensure the match between customers’ core needs and our capabilities, through an understanding of the producers’ and customers’ current and future plans, culture, and philosophy. Anticipate future needs and develop and implement action plans for them.

Sell additional products to existing customers and maintain working relationships with key producers.

Maintain appropriate documentation in the CRM소드 system. పూర్తidir ?

Manage the delivery of the product and demonstrate the value.

Schedule and attend Open Enrollment meetings, as well as coordinate printing and shipping of enrollment materials.

Prepare законч and communicate client‑specific customer surveys.

Coordinate annual renewals for assigned customers and assist Brokers as needed with renewal process, and plan modifications.

Effectively negotiate renewals and plan alternates on behalf of client and brokers.

Project manage preparation of RFP’s as needed. Disseminate new programs and initiatives to clients in a timely and appropriate manner. Monitor and evaluate donation and solicitation requests and provide as appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Insurance License, Life, Health and Disability

Minimum 5 years’ account management/retention/sales/marketing experience.

Excellent planning, organizing and business judgment skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SalesForce رمضان , Microsoft Office, etc.

Ability to present and engage groups.

Knowledge of group benefits and underwriting.

Valid driver’s license and car.

Depending on experience and education, the person selected for this position may be an Account Executive I with a starting pay range of $49,700 - 77,300 to an Account Executive II with a starting pay range of $60,700 - 96,400 in addition to an incentive compensation plan.
