Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of T.H.E. Show. Duties also include providing customer service, managing sales inquiries, training staff on sales strategies, and updating CRM systems. The role requires interacting with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, exhibitors, and partners
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and building relationships with stakeholders
Capability to train and guide team members on sales strategies and best practices
Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to manage sales data and processes accurately
Energetic, self‑motivated, and excellent time‑management skills
Knowledge of or interest in HiFi audio, technology, or events is a plus
