Specific Duties
Deliver a consultative sales approach to deliver needs solutions.
Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
Properly enter and track sales.
Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism.
What You Need to Succeed
1+ years’ experience in a sales role for a wholesale distribution business.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
What You Can Learn or Develop on the Job
Knowledge of assigned business line: Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath.
Experience in leadership.
Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Attendance – Maintain scheduled days and hours, including on‑site presence.
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 lbs on occasion, sit and stand for extended periods.
Operation of Office Equipment – Common office equipment such as computers and copiers.
Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, speech clarity, and recognition.
Written Communication Skills – Writing, reading, comprehension, expression.
Mental Capacities – Attention to detail, adaptability, critical thinking, etc.
