Customer Service Specialist

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2-4 years customer service related experience required. Skills: Call center environment, Bilingual Spanish, Customer Service skills, Microsoft office, Data Entry Work Environment: 4-6 Month Contract ONSITE Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Raritan, NJ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
