Inbound B2C Sales Representative
Insight Global is seeking an Inbound B2C Sales Representative for a client in the biotech/wellness-therapy industry. Our client is looking for an experienced, high-performing Inbound Sales Representative to join their team. This role will be remote in Southeastern Massachusetts or surrounding areas with occasional travel as needed. You'll play a key role in supporting the business, closing inbound deals, and supporting our clients through the entire sales process. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the ability to work remotely with required travel to industry-leading events across the country as needed. Core Responsibilities include: Respond promptly and strategically to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers and convert them into qualified sales opportunities Understand customer needs and sell the product based on value Use a consultative sales approach to upsell and cross-sell when appropriate Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to optimize lead conversion Attend 68 premier industry events per year to support lead gen and client onboarding Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction Track metrics and report activity and results to Sales Manager weekly We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements: 3-5+ years of inbound B2C sales experience selling products preferably at a 5K value or higher Experience managing the full sales cycle and building a sustainable pipeline Experience handling high-volume inbound interactions while maintaining quality Exceptional communication skills across phone, video conferencing, and written channels Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Highly self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, remote environments with minimal supervision Ability to travel as needed Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience selling high-value products or services within the wellness, fitness, medical, or holistic practice space
