KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracks and expedites MRO purchase orders

Enters data for daily and weekly reporting

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage and resolve daily inquiries and issuesendan

Support emergency issues

Provides timely and efficient communications

Resolves invoicing discrepancies, including blocked invoice issues

Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in supply chain preferred.

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong interpersonal skills; able to forge and collaborate with internal customer/external supplier relationships.

· Expertise in SAP and/or SAP-Ariba data processing systems preferred

· Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization; Adaptive to change, uncertain circumstances and embraces challenges

· Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in team environment and demonstrate leadership

· Ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume of service requests
