Salesforce Business Analyst with Public Trust - TR

Location
Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC will be required to report onsite daily to a federal agency office in the DC area. Candidates who reside outside the 50-mile radius will be considered full-time remote and will not be required to report onsite daily.
ICF’s Digital Modernizationեբסition Division is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives for federal agencies. Our team delivers modern CRM, workflow automation, and low-code solutions, leveraging Salesforce as a core platform. We partner with industry-leading companies to provide architecture, implementation, integration, analytics, and operational support across mission‑critical applications.
Responsibilities Salesforce‑Specific Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce capabilities for an existing Service Cloud implementation that is running Grants Management for a Federal Agency.
Convert complex business needs into clear Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria, declarative solution designs, and configuration requirements.
Support Salesforce solution design by collaborating with Salesforce Architects and Developers to identify declarative vs. programmatic solutions.
Use Agile Accelerator to assist in managing the Salesforce product backlog, prioritizing enhancements, technical debt, and new features based on business value.
Develop user stories including specific acceptance criteria that reference Salesforce flows, data models, object/field definitions, integration requirements, security requirements, and report/dashboard specs.
Participate in Salesforce configuration reviews, sprint planning, grooming, and testing activities.
Assist with UAT planning and execution, validating SFDC functionality and data alignment with requirements.
Conduct Salesforce system demos, requirement walkthroughs, and playback sessions with stakeholders.
Create or support the development of Salesforce training materials, release notes, quick reference guides, and end‑user documentation.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, capabilities, and industry best practices.
General BA & Agile Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Communicate requirements to developers reviseers, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Maintain and prioritize the behaved user story backlog in alignment with Agile best practices.
Produce process flows, data mapping, interface requirements, and support testing activities.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative environment across cross‑functional teams.
Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Salesforce implementations.
3+ years of general.webp? Business Analyst experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation development.
1+ year of experience with Salesforce end‑to‑end implementations or major enhancements.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Must reside in and perform all work within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) preferred; additional certs a plus.
Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
Experience with data modeling or diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full‑time employment is: $67,355.00 - $114,503.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99).
