Aventure Staffing is currently seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join their production team as a Custom Craftsman in Emmetsburg, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented production environment. Responsibilities: Measure and mark materials to verify dimensions. Communicate any discrepancies and inconsistencies of material or work order to the General Manager or the Project Manager. Establish the specifications of materials to be constructed or repaired and plan methods and operations for shaping and assembling, based on blueprints and work order instructions. Identify and report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the General Manager. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely. Follow all prescribed safety regulations Requirements: Ability to work both independently and with others Ability to communicate clearly with other employees Proficient use of both hand and power tools Mechanical ability for both large and small equipment Benefits and Pay: $20/hr plus depending on experience Paid every Friday Direct deposit and/or paycards available Medical coverage-access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage Our job is to get YOU hired (and it's free!)
