The position as a Sales Account Manager (f/m/d) at Radiometer gives you the responsibility for your own sales territory. Your clients include universities, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, and medical practices. In our sales region South, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated team consisting of eight sales account managers, 16 field service technicians, a regional service and IT manager, and the regional sales manager. Here, you have the opportunity to actively shape the medical technology of tomorrow and inspire new customers for our state-of-the-art blood gas analyzers, immunoassays, and IT solutions. You will become part of the Radiometer team and report to the regional sales manager. This is a position in outside service with home office and company car. Ideally, you live within the area of responsibility between Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, and Freiburg. Your contribution: With your engagement, you make a decisive contribution to the success of the sales region South and significantly contribute to the success story of Radiometer GmbH. In this role, you have the opportunity to: After intensive product training and an introductory phase, you take over the sales activities for our solutions for the accounts in your sales territory. This will roughly cover the metropolitan areas of Darmstadt, Mannheim, and Heilbronn. An area in the region between Karlsruhe and Freiburg would also be feasible.
You recognize the needs and potential of your customers and actively develop solution options.
Your exciting task in this position is to expand our market share and maintain our long-standing customer relationships. To do this, you may develop and implement fresh, creative ideas to inspire new customers and expand existing customers.
You are responsible for the expansion and growth of existing and new customers in your sales territory by conducting sales talks and contract negotiations based on demand and potential analysis.

You focus in particular on the development of our market share in hospitals. For this purpose, you will be provided with strong innovative products, great internal partners, and sophisticated training concepts.

The essential requirements for the job are: A nursing professional qualification, a medical/medical technical professional qualification, or a degree in medical technology, health management, or business administration are advantageous.
At least 2 years of sales experience in an environment with a very high customer focus.
Drivers license class B.
Customer-oriented behavior / an engaged, open, and sociable personality who likes to work with customers.
Excellent team skills.
It would be advantageous if you also have previous experience in the following areas: Laboratory diagnostics and point of care testing
Knowledge in the field of healthcare IT, such as laboratory-hospital information systems, point-of-care data management systems
