Sales Representative, Golf, Sport Regional Accounts

The Sales Representative, Golf, Sport Regional Accounts manages client relationships for all eyewear, apparel, footwear and accessory categories across Golf customers in the territory to ensure that their needs and requirements are being met while serving as a steward for EssilorLuxottica. The Sales Representative serves as an advocate in the market and provides a comprehensive set of programs, products and services to our customers to help grow their business. The Sales Representative achieves/exceeds all Golf sales targets for their territory while maintaining the highest standards for distribution, training, productivity and merchandising, focusing on the customer experience with both sell-in and sell through efforts. Major duties and responsibilities include: Acting as a NA Sport Golf ambassador, promoting the value proposition of the brand while ensuring brand integrity in the short, medium and long term. Proactively managing distribution in the territory - using excellent judgment to ensure the highest quality targets and maximum door productivity. Cultivating existing customer base while continuously prospecting for new potential in the market. Ensuring brand visual merchandising and distribution quality standards are met - refreshing marketing materials regularly along with board space to reflect brand positioning and supporting sell thru of product. Building strong working relationship at all levels within the practices and businesses they manage. Following the NA Sport sales process and standards provided by the company. Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales, average unit price, distribution and door productivity targets for specified vertical products. Utilizing all brand materials to conduct regular staff trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to consumer is translated consistently with the brand positioning. Developing and adhering to effective call plan to achieve desired service frequency, with a goal of visiting all customers in an 8 week rotation or less (with A, B, C priority coverage). Participating in and representing EssilorLuxottica in local, regional and national Golf trade shows. Developing a business plan to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives for assigned territory. Basic qualifications include: 2+ years (min) of direct sales experience with proven track record of results. Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 Ibs and ability to lift event infrastructure materials (weights, tents, tables, etc). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships. Excellent training and presentation skills. Strong visual merchandising background. Strong ability to problem solve. Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Significant and regular field time required with overnights dependent on geography (up to 100% travel). Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in US. Preferred qualifications include: BA/BS degree. 3+ years of direct sales experience. Pay range: $66,801.20-$106,093.25. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
