UX Designer IV (Hybrid – Greenwood Village, CO)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is looking for a senior UX designer to shape the future of complex digital products used at scale. This is a role for a hands-on designer who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams and enjoys seeing their work come to life from concept to launch.
In this role, you will craft intuitive, user-centered experiences while partnering with engineering, product, and analytics teams to turn business goals into elegant, scalable design solutions.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Seven or more years of UX design experience on complex digital platforms or products.
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with CAD and technical design constraints.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design user-centered experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet technical and business needs.
- Evaluate product success post-launch and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and insights.
- Maintain consistency across design systems while adapting solutions to evolving requirements.
- Contribute both independently and collaboratively within a larger UX and product team.
