Retail Event Marketer Leaf Home is recruiting part‑time Retail Marketers to drive sales and lead generation at local retail stores. The selected candidate will work on site at a variety of retail outlets, delivering product demonstrations, engaging potential customers and recording qualified leads.

Job Summary The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. They are responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
Meet predetermined performance goals
Generate high quality leads for our industry leading products
Requirements Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Attention to detail and punctual
Smartphone required
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
