KCBD NewsChannel 11 is seeking a creative commercial producer with exceptional videography/lighting/editing/motion graphics skills who is ready to join the market's #1 station and Creative Services Department. If you are a self-starter and visual storyteller with a creative mind who can bring new ideas to life, this is the job for you! We are looking for the ultimate team player who can write, shoot, and edit content for broadcast, social media, and streaming platforms. If you're highly motivated, team-oriented, eager for a challenge, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you! The salary for this position is $18/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute creative brand concepts for all media platforms; on-air, digital, social.
• Shoot and manage Facebook Lives for our clients.
• Write, shoot, and edit commercials for clients.
• Coordinate, communicate, and schedule shoots with clients and project stakeholders.
• Create graphic design assets for marketing, news content, and sales presentation needs.
• Create digital and social media marketing content on multiple platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Advanced video, photography, lighting, and audio pre-/post production skills.
• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Cloud with expert knowledge of Premiere.
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising philosophy and techniques.
• College degree or equivalent job experience in graphic design or video production.
• Work well with staff and clients.
• Ability to stay extremely organized, manage multiple projects/tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong initiative, critical thinking, and ability to solve problems.
