WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you'll turn project challenges into creative opportunities - developing ideas that inspire brands, people, and society. You will dream big, think strategically, and help set visionary standards for our hand-picked global partners and projects.
By deeply understanding our brand partners and the human context in which they exist, you'll connect insights and propose relevant, original, and impactful creative concepts. You'll fuse human truths, cultural trends, and business objectives into ideas that resonate.
We're looking for someone who will:
Find new creative trends and cultural shifts , create short trend recaps, and share ideas to inspire internal and external teams.
Energize brainstorms , ideation sessions, and inspiration workshops.
Idealize and conceptualize innovative creative ideas for marketing pitches that align with project goals, including brand activations, product launches, pop-up concepts, interactive installations, themed events, guest programs, set‑ups, space designs, digital engagement ideas, and other solutions for different brand marketing approaches.
Craft compelling presentations – copywriting and PowerPoint design skills are a plus.
Collaborate fluidly across teams , especially within the creative department, co‑creating with other creatives, working with designers and architects to visualize your ideas, and partnering with project managers and producers to bring them to life.
Share your passion through powerful client presentations .
WHO YOU ARE
Passionate. You have a passion for sports, culture, and entertainment.
Creative. You’re an out‑of‑the‑box thinker with restless curiosity that fuels original thinking and inspired solutions.
Curious. Being a Football, Formula 1 and Basketball enthusiast is a plus.
Experienced. You have at least 1 year of business/agency‑related experience in event management, marketing, creativity, or similar.
Skilled. You have basic knowledge of working with creative teams.
Active Mindset. You enjoy working proactively and goal‑oriented. You adapt quickly to changing environments and are a natural problem‑solver.
Communicative. You speak fluent English and ideally Portuguese. You communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders while staying assertive when needed.
Team player and Kind. You have an open and friendly personality, act as a true team player, and don’t mind sharing responsibility with different groups.
