Marketing Manager – HVAC Business
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Easton, Pennsylvania (full‑time, in‑office)
An HVAC business requires a Marketing Manager who will drive the global strategic planning and execution of the annual marketing communications plan for HVAC systems and solutions. The manager will provide global oversight of marketing strategy and planning while focusing direct execution responsibilities on the U.S. market and collaborating with regional partners to localize initiatives.
Travel Requirements
Up to 15% travel for tradeshows, customer meetings, and market events.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing strategy and annual marketing plans for the HVAC business, aligning with worldwide growth objectives.
Lead direct execution in the U.S. market and coordinate strategic implementation through regional marketing partners globally.
Collaborate with regional marketing partners to ensure the strategy is resourced, localized, and prioritized while maintaining brand consistency.
Own the promotional campaign strategy (annual print and digital advertising, trade show and event strategy, public relations, and thought‑leadership initiatives) and globally aligned content development, including sales enablement tools.
Coordinate with global sales leadership and business teams to conceptualize and implement integrated communications plans for cohesive global marketing of HVAC products and solutions.
Leverage market insights and voice‑of‑customer data through market intelligence and strategy functions to create communications that break through channel noise.
Lead and develop a team of direct reports focused on U.S. market execution, and drive coordination and communication with regional partners.
Plan, execute, and provide onsite support for HVAC market tradeshows and events.
Bridge internal and external resources to lead tactical plans across collateral (technical, marketing, training), digital (social, website, video, email, SEO), public relations, conferences, events, and advertising.
Identify problems quickly, collaborate to resolve issues, and improve processes to benefit the team, department, and Victaulic.
Contribute to quality goals—customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost savings, and process quality—through brainstorming and new approaches.
Basic Qualifications
College degree in marketing and/or communications preferred.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing.
Construction or HVAC industry experience highly desired.
Experience leading one or more direct reports.
Knowledge of HVAC industry, product lines, applications, and marketing resources preferred.
