Social Media Strategist & Growth Manager The Opportunity We’re looking for a Social Media & Video Growth Manager who’s equal parts strategist, creator, and storyteller — someone who loves figuring out why content works and how to make it resonate across audiences and industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and wants to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our brand’s social presence. ***This position is located in our Pleasant Grove, UT office – not looking for remote employees at this time. *** What You’ll Do As our Social Media Strategist & Growth Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Communications to lead and scale SocialCoach’s social presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube). Your day-to-day will include: Own the full social media strategy: define posting cadence, optimize for platform algorithms, research emerging trends, and track analytics that tie back to brand awareness, social proof, and revenue goals. Create short-form video content: appear on-camera, film our team, storyboard creative ideas, and collaborate on engaging scripts that highlight our people, customers, and products. (Rough video editing skills are a bonus, but we have a dedicated video editing team). Design impactful visuals: create scroll-stopping carousels, thumbnails, flyers, and other social graphics in Canva that drive visibility and engagement. Amplify voices: ghostwrite and create content plans for company leaders to build strong personal brands aligned with our business goals. Drive measurable growth: ensure our content resonates with diverse audiences — from tech-savvy SaaS leaders to loan officers just getting started — and turns engagement into leads. Scale efficiently: create workflows that enable consistent, compliant posting and amplify our brand message without bottlenecks. Collaborate cross-functionally: work with product and sales teams to repurpose testimonials, launch content, and showcase customer success stories. What We’re Looking For 3+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or SaaS company (mortgage/real estate experience is a plus) Proven success in growing social accounts , increasing visibility, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. Comfortable on camera and experienced in running brand accounts (especially in B2B or SaaS environments – extra bonus if you’ve worked in mortgage or real estate). Proven track record of growing social accounts and driving engagement, visibility, and leads with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience psychology, and engagement data. Graphic design-savvy in Canva (you don’t need to be an Adobe wizard – but you should be comfortable making carousels and graphics that shine) A strong strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives on autonomy and brings proactive, actionable ideas backed by research and insights A team player with a positive, collaborative energy — someone who is excited to lead initiatives, improve processes, and work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit, high-energy team Why You’ll Love It Here High-impact role: You’ll directly influence how loan officers and marketing teams connect, grow, and drive results through social media by helping them build trust, visibility, and traction.
