Production Coordinator
Robert Half's marketing and creative client is seeking a production coordinator for a 13+ month contract role. This on-site, 40-hour-per-week opportunity is located in the Greenfield, MA area; candidates must work onsite five days per week. The production coordinator will play a critical role in managing production schedules and trafficking layouts, collaborating with designers and vendors, and preparing files for print production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production layouts for print assets within brand guidelines
- Manage scheduling and trafficking of production assets
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and vendors
- Prepare files for print production, including color correction, preflight checks, and proofing
- Support publishing workflows and confirm all assets meet required technical specifications
- Maintain organized records of all projects, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements Qualifications:
- Degree in communications, management, or related
- One+ years of experience in a production artist or similar production coordination role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of print production processes and publishing standards
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
