Conduct physical inventories of contents impacted by covered losses and apply appropriate methodologies
Ensure quality and timely processing of claims in line with company standards
Manage claim load independently to achieve timely closures of all claims
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the company's claims system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Secondary (High School) Diploma; college degree preferred
Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in restoration, roofing, customer service, or retail
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in challenging situations
