Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and digitally Conduct needs-based vehicle presentations and demonstrations Guide customers through the full purchase process with integrity and transparency Follow established sales processes to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and sold customers Work closely with Sales Management and F&I to ensure smooth transactions Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation Represent the dealership with professionalism at all times What We Expect
Strong work ethic and personal accountability Coachable mindsetwillingness to learn and follow proven systems Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to engage customers confidently and respectfully Comfort with performance-based compensation Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays Prior automotive sales experience is a plusbut not required.
