About the role The Sales Manager, Medical Channel will lead the growth of our Bio‑K+ PRO portfolio across hospitals, long‑term care facilities, and pharmacies by developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable revenue impact. This role is responsible for managing key distributor and GPO partnerships, expanding relationships with high‑value healthcare accounts, and influencing decision‑makers through clinical evidence and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑oriented sales leader with deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to build strategic pipelines, convert opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experience. This role’s location is remote with 30% travel.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals across medical institutions, including hospitals, long‑term care facilities, and pharmacies.

Manage relationships with Distributor Buying Teams and GPO Account Managers.

Identify and prioritize active and prospective target accounts; leverage reporting to track sales performance and share clinical evidence supporting Bio‑K+ PRO to drive recommendations and sales growth.

Develop and implement promotional opportunities with distributors and GPO partners to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Identify alternative business strategies and models that enable significant step‑change growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers (C‑suite leaders, purchasing managers, clinical staff) to position the company as a preferred provider of medical solutions. Provide consistent communication, training, and support to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, supply chain, logistics, operations, and customer service) to align strategies, develop marketing materials, address customer needs, and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Monitor and report on sales performance, delivering regular forecasts and insights to senior leadership and recommending strategic adjustments when necessary.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the medical industry to ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree in healthcare administration or a medical background is a plus.

Minimum

5 years of experience in medical sales , in a leadership role or in national account management—preferably in supplements, pharma, or selling into hospital and long‑term care channels.

Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital and long‑term care facility operations, purchasing processes, and decision‑making structures.

Well‑established network within the healthcare industry (hospitals, nursing homes, and related organizations).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented; able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful sales strategies.

The pay range for this position is $123,859.00-$213,784.00 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay‑for‑performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance‑based incentive compensation.
