Data Input: Enter data from various sources into databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval and reference. Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed. Collaboration: Work with other team members to collect and manage data, ensuring timely updates and communication. Reporting: Generate reports and summaries based on the data entered, providing insights to management as required. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail to minimize errors in data entry. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel), and database management systems. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
