Creative Director Overview As the Creative Director, you will be key in bringing our brand to life. You will oversee the ideation and development of creative assets, marketing Wonder’s brand, streaming service, series and films. You will oversee the quality of work produced by agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver excellence and the work produced is on brand. You’ve worked on and developed the identity of notable brands. You have the ability to concept beautiful, original ideas for a variety of environments that impact our audience’s hearts and minds and inspire them into action.

You’re a strong leader with an incredible eye and a gift for delighting audiences, but you’re also pragmatic. You excel at communicating ideas, understanding business needs, and getting the job done efficiently and smoothly. You can transition seamlessly between big‑picture thinking to hands‑on execution, working across Marketing disciplines and teams all in the same day.

This role is well‑suited for a rising Creative Director who is eager to step into greater ownership, grow as a leader and thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced culture. The right candidate is able to adapt to new opportunities to tell the Wonder brand story and support the brand’s streaming service, original series and film titles and licensed library titles.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of all creative collateral (graphics, video, copy) for paid, social, email, push, PR, print, in‑person, and website marketing campaigns

Oversee and deliver assets supporting corporate communications, including videos, decks, reports, interactive presentations, and physical assets for events

Establish the process for and lead blue‑sky ideation sessions that inspire innovative thinking while producing actionable concepts to bring to market

Update and collaborate on style guide and brand voice

Collaborate across multiple marketing departments—community/social, performance marketing, partner and events, film and series and PR/comms, listening to needs and requirements, offering inspiration and delivering creative output that elevates the brand

The Ideal Candidate

Has 8+ years of creative experience in advertising or marketing for streaming, film, TV or other enterprise‑level content production/distribution, and 4+ years of creative team leadership experience with management responsibilities.

Is able to think strategically while also execute tactically.

Has exceptional leadership and communication skills. Expert in collaborating with and creating consensus among internal and external teams (agencies, designers, writers, producers and more)

Has extensive experience leading creative work—responsible for creative direction and execution (design, copywriting, video production)

Is a brilliant storyteller, able to conceive great ideas, as well as inspire and influence others to produce their best work

Is strategic and forward‑thinking with the ability to synthesize ideas and trends to develop fresh, compelling, creative solutions

Is an expert with enterprise‑level creative tools. Is fluent and proactive at testing and using creative AI tools

Is resilient and positive. You understand that high‑growth environments mean a lot of change, and that’s where you thrive

Will have a portfolio available upon request

Salary & Benefits Salary: $120K - $135K, plus 20% bonus potential

Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
