Valley Industries – Marketing Coordinator
Valley Industries is seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive impactful marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing Valley Industries’ marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital channels, website management, and marketing materials. This position supports day-to-day marketing activities, coordinates content and assets, and assists with the development of marketing literature and tradeshow materials. The role is on-site and is based in our Bloomington office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update brand websites (WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify) with product content, images, and resources.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and marketing content across all digital platforms.
Support digital marketing campaigns through social media scheduling, email execution, and content updates.
Coordinate and maintain marketing literature, including sell sheets, product guides, and digital collateral.
Assist with new product launches by managing website updates and marketing materials.
Develop marketing materials for tradeshows and events, including signage and promotional items.
Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing assets (photos, videos, design files).
Track and report on website, email, and social performance; identify opportunities for improvement.
