What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Administer, maintain, and enhance engagement content across multiple marketing and enrollment channels
Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and optimize student communication flows
Analyze student experience across various channels and make recommendations for optimization
Develop and utilize reporting systems for key performance indicators to track departmental goals
Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science, or relevant field
3-5 years of experience working within Salesforce ecosystem platforms, including CRM and LiveAgent
3-5 years of experience managing content for upper-funnel engagement strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and provide insights
Experience in stakeholder management and building partnerships across multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience creating User Interface / User Experience designs for web and mobile
Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise
Background in higher education preferred
UAT/Regression testing experience
