Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated, articulate Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has a keen eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate combines sales skill with a love for art and design, providing each client with a thoughtful, enjoyable experience from first greeting to final sale. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests, offering insight into featured artists and collections Build lasting relationships with clients and collectors Handle sales transactions, invoices, and follow-up communication Assist with gallery display changes and exhibition setup Maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing gallery environment Qualifications Background or strong interest in fine art, design, or luxury retail Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred Professional communication and presentation skills Comfortable using email, and basic computer programs Reliable, punctual, and available for weekend and evening shifts Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with light art handling Ability to work well within a small team environment Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + commission on sales Supportive, creative, and inspiring work environment Please include your desired wage and resume.
