Overview This Marketing Coordinator 3 role supports the Global Golf & Tennis Brand Management team and is focused on executing global marketing strategies, storytelling, and seasonal campaigns. While this position does not require extensive brand marketing tenure, a deep understanding and passion for the golf and tennis business is critical.
Job Description
Support the global marketing offense for Golf and Tennis across geographies
Execute seasonal marketing strategies, storytelling, and brand narratives
Research and obsess golf and tennis culture, trends, and key demographics influencing sport
Translate consumer insights into aspirational storytelling and campaign concepts
Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business teams
Support seasonal campaigns positioning as an authority in Golf & Tennis
Own assigned workstreams with strong operational discipline
Manage budgets, workflows, timelines, and internal communications
Maintain process efficiency and support continuous improvement
Collaborate with a diverse, global, multi-disciplinary marketing team
Support coverage for multiple FTE leaves over the coming months
Required Skills
1–2+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field
Deep understanding of the golf and tennis ecosystem
Strong passion for golf and tennis culture, product, and sport business
Experience working with talent or high-profile athletes
Ability to balance creativity with operational rigor
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel up to 5%
Must be local to Beaverton and onsite Monday–Thursday
