Who We Are Looking For You’re an accomplished account executive with restaurant industry experience & looking for a new challenge. You are well versed in the space and can speak to the needs of scaling restaurant concepts. You can lead complex deal cycles from start to finish and maintain solid relationships with brands, partners, and COIs in the space. Most importantly, you have an attitude of hospitality and collaboration and want to part of a company primed for major growth.

About the Position We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment (15+ location restaurant groups).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the mid-market segment

Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold-calling

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B software sales role

Experience selling to mid-market companies

Restaurant SaaS Experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Open to traveling to customers and/or industry events
