to partner with a Fortune 500 client. You will lead the design and delivery of critical training modules for a major

Human Capital Management (HCM) system .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting:

Provide expert-level consultative suggestions to stakeholders.

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop engaging online courses using

Articulate Storyline

and

Rise .

System Implementation:

Create training solutions specifically tailored for

HCM system

rollouts.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

5+ Years of Experience:

Proven track record in high-level Instructional Design.

Software Mastery:

Expert proficiency in

Storyline

and

Rise

(Portfolio required).

HCM Expertise:

Prior experience with HCM systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
