Job Description
Own the go-to-market strategy and positioning for the firm’s product suite, including messaging, narratives, and competitive differentiation
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and training for internal teams and distribution partners
Lead product launch planning and execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Compliance
Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable marketing strategies
Manage integrated product marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
Define KPIs, track performance, and report on product marketing effectiveness
Serve as a key liaison between Product and Distribution teams to ensure alignment across roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market execution
Requirements / Qualifications
8+ years of product or product marketing experience within financial services, fintech, crypto, or high-growth industries
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and distribution dynamics
Proven success driving product launches, adoption, and sales enablement initiatives
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into measurable strategies
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across marketing collateral and training
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Familiarity with modern marketing technology platforms, including CRM, analytics, and automation tools
Demonstrated interest in digital assets, crypto, or disruptive, high-growth sectors
