Fresh Produce Managers and Assistant Managers
Farmer Jack’s Supermarkets are a WA based independent supermarket, currently with 12 stores both North and South of Perth.
We are seeking
Enthusiastic Fresh Produce Managers and Produce Assistant Managers
to join our family!
What is required in this role is a passion and enthusiasm for all things Fruit and Veg! We source from local and independent suppliers, ensuring we stock the freshest and highest quality produce.
Fresh Produce Managers Duties
Maximising sales and profit in the Fruit and Veg departments through effective ordering and merchandising.
Ordering stock through local suppliers.
Controlling shrinkage and markdowns.
Working to budgets.
Ticketing and merchandising.
Stock control and stocktakes.
Fruit and vegetable preparation.
Stock fill (manual handling and heavy lifting).
Adhering to WHS policies.
Stock rotation.
Providing the highest level of customer service.
Leading and managing your own team; reporting directly to the Fresh Produce Manager.
Assistant Manager Duties
Support Fresh Produce Manager in all above responsibilities.
Assist in ordering, merchandising, stock control.
Manage junior staff tasks.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
