Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role as an Inside Sales Specialist, located at our Yorktown, Virginia facility. The responsibilities include managing and generating leads, responding to customer inquiries, and building positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will assist in promoting our vertical conveying solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
Proficiency in fostering Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service.
Effective Communication skills to deliver clear information and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and multitask effectively.
Previous experience in sales or material handling industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proven organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
