What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage a team of system experts providing pre-sales technical support and account management for Field Account Managers and Partners

Lead the design and integration architecture of networking solutions including DNS, DHCP, Security, and Network Automation

Develop and manage training curriculum for Systems Engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness

Establish strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners to drive solution adoption

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer solutions and ensure technical competencies

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience managing Pre-Sales Solutions Architects with Enterprise & Commercial Customers

10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture within IT Datacenter Infrastructure Networking

Subject matter expertise in security and cybersecurity technologies for various environments

Formal sales methodology experience (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) to drive sales growth

Bachelor's Degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Preferred certifications including CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, CNE, ITIL, CSP

Experience leading teams in designing security architecture for cloud and hybrid environments
