Job Responsibilities

Engage inbound leads and proactively prospect into enterprise and commercial accounts

Conduct discovery to understand business challenges related to agility, transformation, and AI adoption

Qualify leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) for the sales team

Execute multi‑touch outbound sequences using various outreach methods and AI‑assisted tools

Maintain high‑quality data in CRM and provide insights on marketing performance

Qualifications

1+ years of BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer‑facing experience (SaaS, training, or B2B preferred)

Strong communication, storytelling, and active listening skills

Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows or improve outreach

Ability to manage multiple accounts and activities in a fast‑paced environment

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Curiosity about business agility, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise learning

Coachable, growth‑minded, and resilient, comfortable with iteration and change
