Coordinate and oversee daily construction operations Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed Communicate project progress with clients and project managers with fluent English Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Qualifications
10+ years of experience in construction 5+ years as a superintendent Strong project management and communications skills Experience working autonomously Familiar with EM 385-1-1 requirements OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain Ability to read construction documents Experience supporting federal construction contracts strongly preferred Experience with General Services Administration or other federally-funded agencies preferred Familiarity with regulatory construction standards Preferred experience in heavy civil The ability to pass a GSA security screening is required Miami Nation Stronghold is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
