Role Description
Community Relationship Analysts (CRAs) are an integral part of our Outreach team, responsible for engaging adults on Medicare in the community to drive new patient growth. Building relationships with community leaders to create opportunities for the Outreach team to engage adults on Medicare is a critical responsibility of the CRA. High levels of flexibility, creativity, teamwork, and problem?solving are required to be successful.
The CRA establishes and maintains relationships with local community leaders by engaging in collaborative activities that benefit the community and Oak Street Health (OSH).
The CRA markets Oak Street Health to eligible adults by creating relationships with people important to our Medicare population.
Core Responsibilities
Community Outreach/Engagement
- Research the landscape of influencers and community partners in your respective market.
- Prospect and cold?call local businesses in your assigned territory (Senior Buildings, Libraries, Churches, Senior Groups, etc.).
- Impact patient acquisition and lead generation targets for each center by leveraging community relationships to engage Medicare?eligible adults.
- Collaborate with local leaders to identify opportunities to expand and develop new patient growth channels.
- Collaborate with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents.
Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with local leaders to create long?term alliances that positively impact the communities we serve.
- Act as point of contact for the Outreach Team and community partners for cross?functional initiatives.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with key stakeholders. Topics include:
- Reviewing weekly KPIs (new leads generated or new patients added).
- Updates on current status of initiatives.
- Discuss new updates in the center (Medicare 101 Events, new provider joining, etc.).
- Oversee cross?collaboration initiatives with key stakeholders and review success by reviewing lead generation and new patient growth.
Event Planning
- Develop and manage a 6+ week forward?looking calendar of events across assigned territory with local leaders.
- Coordinate all event details internally and externally to ensure engaging, well?attended events that drive lead generation.
- Communicate objectives, strategy, and expectations for each event with the Regional Director of Growth, Outreach Managers, and Outreach Executives.
Sales
- Generate field account engagement by proactively working with local leaders on community outreach opportunities.
- Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
- Plan lead generation and community engagement at least 2 weeks in advance to strategically develop and maintain lead pipeline.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?

- Previous experience in account or community engagement.
- Comfort with cold?calling and prospecting in a B2B environment.
- Daily accountability on key metrics (account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, new patients added).
- Ability to adapt and overcome external relationship challenges for positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset to generate new growth opportunities for our Outreach Teams.
- Public speaking combined with strong written and verbal skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve (where necessary).
- U.S. work authorization.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $21.10 $40.90 (hourly rate or annual salary)
Our pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full?time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
