Key Account Manager, National Partners - Italy

In this role you will manage strategic partner relationships end-to-end to drive sustainable growth for Glovo’s expanding marketplace. You will work closely with top clients, lead negotiations, and ensure operational excellence while translating partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to support client goals and OKRs, ultimately boosting revenue and engagement. This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑growing, inclusive culture that values data‑driven problem solving. equity plan private health insurance monthly Glovo credit discounts on transportation and food extra time off and remote work options Own strategic partner relationships end-to-end, including P&L tracking and co-marketing to drive awareness and activation Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top clients Lead tough negotiations to establish sustainable economics for both parties Monitor partner performance via key KPIs and drive MoM growth Understand client goals and challenges to provide strategic solutions aligned with company OKRs Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and asset sales Translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements Collaborate with internal teams to grow and improve the partner ecosystem At least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management Strong commercial skills and a proactive approach to account management Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented Good knowledge of GSuite and MS Office; Looker is a plus Native Italian and English fluency Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem solver with an analytical, data-driven approach Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
