What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers via calls, text messages, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and inquiries
Make outbound communications to follow up on sales leads and close sales
Utilize product knowledge to sell automotive accessories and suggest modifications
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and handle service-related issues
Meet performance expectations related to customer service quality and sales metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
Excellent sales ability and proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Experience in a sales or customer service role related to automotive products
