What does an Account Executive do at Swire Coca‑Cola? As an Account Executive, you will manage a designated portfolio of customers within the Independent and Chain Multicultural Supermarket segment, primarily in the Arizona, Colorado and Utah. Your role is critical in driving revenue, volume, and share growth for these customers while ensuring alignment with Swire Coca‑Cola's standards and strategies. You will help lead the annual joint business planning process, oversee daily execution, manage pricing, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing commercialization calendars, forecasting based on channel criteria, developing our Picture of Success (PicOS), and stewarding our annual Retail Strategies.
Responsibilities
Build strong internal partnerships with Field Sales teams; provide coaching, motivation, and mentorship to representatives.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retailers, understanding their business priorities and language.
Conduct business reviews to analyze performance and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
Sell‑in innovation items (new SKUs, packages), equipment, and displays to improve SOVI.
Collaborate with the Commercialization team incentives, custom programs, and impactful point‑of‑sale materials.
Partner with Field Sales and senior leadership to execute national and local business strategies.
Hold self and others accountable for professionalism and effectiveness in the field.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer managers, leveraging insights to deliver mutual success.
Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit
Communicate monthly activity via PicOS
Collaborate with Swire cross‑functional teams to forecast volume, revenue and GP using Adaptive Planning
Responsible for problem solving for operational or executional issues with the customer
Requirements
Fluent Spanish is preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience required
Experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred
Familiarity with marketing and commercial activation is a plus.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
Skilled in Collaborating for Value (CFV) and Collaborative Business Planning.
Willingness to travel within Swire geographies and across the U.S. as needed.
