In this role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities through our CRM, working closely with 360clean franchise partners to sell essential commercial cleaning, janitorial, and facility care services to businesses across multiple industries — an ongoing need in healthcare, offices, education, retail, and industrial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a sales pipeline by engaging businesses seeking professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services

Work inbound and outbound leads through the CRM to move opportunities through the sales cycle

Prospect new business through outbound outreach, email, phone calls, and door knocking local businesses

Schedule and conduct walkthroughs, virtual meetings, and consultations with prospective clients

Meet with facility managers, property managers, operations leaders, and business owners

Develop customized cleaning and facility care solutions based on client needs

Present proposals and close new commercial service agreements

Track activity, follow‑ups, and deal progress in the CRM

Partner with franchise owners and sales leadership to ensure smooth onboarding

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals

Represent the 360clean brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect new business opportunities

Conduct sales meetings, walkthroughs, and discovery calls

Build trust and credibility with decision‑makers

Follow up consistently to move deals forward

Manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the pipeline

Close new B2B commercial cleaning accounts

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and follow‑up

Confidence meeting with business owners and facility decision‑makers

Competitive, performance‑driven mindset

Self‑motivated and organized with strong time management skills

Sales experience preferred (B2B, service‑based, janitorial, or facilities services a plus)

Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful (training provided)
