What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive sales by actively promoting and selling sports products or services at mobile tour events and sporting venues
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the mobile sports tour booth or sales station at each event
Track inventory levels, maintain accurate records of sales, and provide regular sales reports to management
Collaborate with other sales representatives and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma required
2-3 years of sales or sales support experience required
Strong customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Experience in engaging with customers and providing product demonstrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in sports equipment sales or promotions
Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting processes
Ability to train and mentor new sales team members
Experience in organizing events or promotions to drive customer engagement
Knowledge of the sports industry and customer preferences
